What to measure
Use a caliper across the pipe where the clip will sit. If you have no caliper, wrap a strip of paper once around the pipe, mark where it overlaps, measure the marked length with a ruler and divide by 3.14: a strip of 78.5 mm means a 25 mm pipe. This matters at this size because several products are called 25 mm without measuring it: inch-based pipe and many tool handles are nearer 25.4 or 26 mm. The generator takes the diameter in steps of 0.1 mm, so type what you measured.
Clearance, wall and material
With a 0.3 mm clearance the bore is 25.3 mm, a snap fit in PLA that holds a pipe without marking it. For PETG use 0.2 mm. If the clip is a parking place for a tool handle that goes in and out every day, raise the clearance to 0.5 mm and the opening angle to 110 degrees, and print in PETG, because PLA arms that are flexed daily fatigue and snap. The wall is 2.6 mm here, slightly more than on the 20 mm clip, since longer arms need more section to grip with the same force.
Printing
Print it resting on a C-shaped face with the bore vertical. Each layer is then one unbroken C and the arms bend along the layers instead of across them. No supports are needed; the 4.5 mm screw hole lies sideways and bridges without help. Choose a 0.2 mm layer height and four perimeters. If the first layer spreads and leaves a lip around the bottom of the bore, the pipe will catch on it: scrape the lip off, or lower the first-layer flow slightly.
Fixing it
The tab is 18 mm long and 3.5 mm thick with a 4.5 mm hole, suitable for a 4 or 4.5 mm screw. The clip is 18 mm wide along the pipe, which spreads the grip enough for a handle or rail to sit level in a pair of clips.
Outline drawing
Schematic, not to scale. The clip is 18 mm wide along the pipe and about 25.5 mm high.

The pipe and cable clip needs a licence key: without one the generator shows the model locked, lists the values from this link and fills them in as soon as you unlock. The fitted drawer organiser bin is the free model and downloads with no key.
