Why ten at 22 mm
Boxed screwdriver sets very often hold ten: a spread of slotted and cross-head sizes with one or two stubby or precision extras. The handles of the slim and medium drivers in such a set are 18 to 21 mm across, so 22 mm from centre to centre lets them hang without touching. Nine gaps of 22 mm plus an 11 mm margin at each end make 220 mm. If your set has two or three large drivers with handles over 21 mm, give them a second, shorter rack with wider spacing and keep this one for the rest.
What to measure
Find the widest handle that will go on the rack and the thickest shaft. The spacing has to be at least the handle width plus a millimetre; the hole has to pass the shaft with room to tilt it in. A 7 mm hole takes shafts up to about 6 mm, which covers the common sizes up to a number 2 cross-head. Then measure the wall: the rack is 220 mm long and the two mounting screws are 198 mm apart, 11 mm in from each end. Last, measure your printer bed. A 220 mm rack does not fit along the axis of a 220 mm bed, because the skirt and the unusable margin need room, but it fits diagonally, where a 220 mm square bed offers about 300 mm.
Shelf, back wall and material
The shelf is 5 mm thick and reaches 26 mm out from a 4 mm back wall that is 28 mm high, with the hole centres 13 mm from the wall. A short shelf keeps the leverage on the corner low, which matters with ten tools on it. The mounting holes are 4.5 mm. Either PLA or PETG works for slim drivers; choose PETG if the rack hangs in an unheated garage, where PLA becomes brittle in the cold. The rack is not load-rated.
Printing
Print the rack resting on its back wall, with the shelf pointing up. The footprint is 220 by 28 mm and the height 30 mm. Long thin footprints are the ones that lift at the ends, so clean the bed, slow the first layer and add a brim of 5 mm at the two ends if your printer has a history of warping. The 7 mm tool holes print on their side without supports. Four perimeters are enough, and the layers then run through the corner between shelf and wall.

The screwdriver rack needs a licence key: without one the generator shows the model locked, lists the values from this link and fills them in as soon as you unlock. The fitted drawer organiser bin is the free model and downloads with no key.
